The Expo is located on Teal Road with the Snowplow Obstacle course at the very front and pavilion with courses and exhibitor hall in the main building.

Silver Exhibitor Admission - $1,500

  • Includes one 10 foot by 10 foot exhibit booth space
  • Booth includes 1 six foot table with table cloth and two chairs
  • Event admission for up to 2 representatives
  • Does not include an indoor equipment display, must purchase additional 10x10 exhibit space to accommodate indoor equipment.
  • Conference attendee list will be shared following event conclusion (omitting any persons who ask not to have contact details shared during the registration process)

Gold Exhibitor Admission - $2,500

  • Includes one 10 foot by 10 foot exhibit booth space
  • Booth includes 1 six foot table with table cloth and two chairs
  • Event admission for up to 5 representatives
  • Does not include an indoor equipment display, must purchase additional 10x10 exhibit space to accommodate indoor equipment.
  • Conference attendee list will be shared following event conclusion (omitting any persons who ask not to have contact details shared during the registration process)

Additional Exhibitor Features - MORE SPACE

  • Additional Exhibit Booth Space ($1,000.00 per 10ft by 10ft). If your organization would like to bring equipment to display at your exhibit booth, please ensure that you purchase additional space to accommodate. Exhibit booths can be expanded by purchasing additional 10ft by 10ft space.
  • Outdoor Equipment Displays ($2,500.00). Showcase your equipment at a static outdoor display location for the two day program. Benefit from one of our four high visibility outdoor equipment displays today!
  • Outdoor Equipment Demos ($2,500.00). Showcase your equipment at a static outdoor display location for the two day program. This option allows for hands on demonstration of your equipment item. Give the program attendees a chance to see your equipment live and in action.

Additional Exhibitor Features - ENHANCE YOUR BOOTH

  • Popcorn Machine ($500). Two day rental including popcorn machine, bags, and popcorn (LIMITED; 1 AVAILABLE)
  • Velcro Golf ($400). Two-day rental of a 7’ L by 7’ W golf backdrop including velcro golf balls and chipping iron (LIMITED; 1 AVAILABLE)
  • Cotton Candy Machine ($500). Two day rental including cotton candy machine, bags, and candy mix (LIMITED; 1 AVAILABLE)
  • Foosball Table ($400). Two-day rental of a 45’’ by 27.5’’ foosball table including 5 game balls(LIMITED; 1 AVAILABLE)
  • Mini Golf Hole #1, Mini Golf Hole #2, Mini Golf Hole #3 ($400.00 each). Two day rental of a folding single hole mini golf game sized 36’’ by 22’’. Includes 1 putter, 2 golf balls, and 1 flag. (LIMITED; 3 AVAILABLE)

Wood Carver Sponsor ($5,000.00)

  • Prominent organization recognition on program website and in printed materials
  • Presentation of the carved trophy for the winning team of the Snolympics Obstacle Course
  • Organization logo on wood carver booth for 2 days
  • 1 custom wood carving (eg. Company logo)

Lunch Sponsor ($5,000.00)

  • Prominent organization recognition on program website and in printed materials
  • Verbal recognition of sponsorship from the podium
  • Organization logo on attendee luncheon ticket
  • Organization may deliver live remarks or pre-recorded message during conference lunch (limit of 10 minutes)
  • Reserved tables (limit 2 per organization) seating 8 persons per table. Engage with the attendees your team may invite to join you at your table(s).
